Car Parking and Accessibility

We have around 2,000 car parking spaces available – and it’s free to park as long as you are a Fosse Park customer.

We’ve been awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking award for the past 9 years in a row – so you can park in confidence at Fosse Park.

Please note that McDonald’s, ASDA & Sainsbury’s operate as separate entities and are not included as part of Fosse Park’s car park. Please note that McDonald’s has a 90-minute parking limit.

In order to enable construction works to get underway at Fosse Park, Everard Way will be permanently closed to traffic (other than delivery vehicles) from Monday 1st April 2019.

Members of the public will still be able to use Fosse Park Avenue and Grove Way to access the shopping park, which will remain open as usual.

Fosse Park North car park works

We are undertaking car park works at Fosse Park North which will include resurfacing of the section of the car park adjacent to Boots and New Look. The overall works are scheduled to be complete in October 2019. However, the works will be phased so that only small parts of the car park will be closed off at any one time. Please click here to see which parts of the car park will be closed and when.

We appreciate that the works to the car park in particular may cause temporary disruption but our teams will endeavour to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. We will also provide regular updates to staff on site, and our centre management team will be on hand to answer any questions.

All stores will remain open and trading as normal whilst the car park works are being delivered.

Fosse Park is an accessibility friendly shopping destination with wheelchair access throughout. A vast majority of Fosse Park staff have completed ‘customers with additional needs training.’

Fosse Park has ample accessible parking spaces (located directly outside key stores such as M&S, Next & Primark).

Please note that during the current car park works, all accessible parking spaces have been reallocated to the nearest possible point.

Modern Mobility

This shop is situated next to the side entrance of our Primark store on Fosse Park North and is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Wheelchairs and electric scooters can be booked in advance by phoning 0116 263 0600 or can be hired on the day. Identification is required. Click here for further information.

Fosse Park is a family-friendly centre and we seek quality products and services that will be popular with and suitable for all of our customers.

If you are interested in promoting or taking space, please let us have as much information as possible about your business, what you are offering to our customers and how you would like to go about working with us, including timescales. In return, we will give you feedback and support and let you know which spaces are most suitable and the costs involved.

You will need to provide your own kiosk or promotional equipment. To support your application please send us some images of your product, your branding and any additional equipment you would like to bring to the centre.

Once a booking has been accepted and processed, we will need a site specific risk assessment including and evidence of your public liability insurance ( £5Million in cover) relevant licences to trade and compliance documents in line with fire regulations and food hygiene if applicable.
