About you

This is a role for an experienced administrator who can demonstrate a strong desire to support our retail network. Our Office store are recruiting for a Supervisor. Applicants must be fully flexible Mon - Sun and have previous retail experience.

We like to call you our SUPER -visors as that’s exactly what you will be! You will be mainly responsible for driving sales and hitting targets! It’s all about managing your team in this role and that can be from 10 to 50 people so you need to have your wits about you!

People who start with us agree that being an OFFICE SUPER-visor is a more senior role than other supervisor positions they have held and this is because we give our Supervisors the autonomy to really be accountable for their store and team. That’s why we ask that you have experience at this level before applying with us. If you don’t think you have what it takes just yet then you can always start with us in a sales role and be sure that if you have potential we will spot it!

As a Supervisor you will have the chance to drive, motivate, inspire and really make a stamp on your store whilst supporting your management team.

This role is not for the timid or shy! You will need to be the life and soul of the sales floor and really have an ambition to be the best!

RECRUIT Fosse is a free recruitment service that will source, select and train the best candidates to fill your retail vacancies and provide access to suitable young people to fill apprenticeship vacancies. Working in partnership with The Crown Estate and South Leicestershire College, Recruit Fosse provides a bespoke training course for unemployed local residents to enable them to achieve the City & Guilds Level 3 Award - Introduction to Retail Skills. The course includes a CV surgery as well as interview skills with direct input from retail businesses.

A recent external quality audit of the course stated that it offers: ‘an excellent opportunity and experience to the learners and it was clear to see the value of the programme’

Unemployed candidates completing the qualification have gone on to secure employment with Marks and Spencer, Primark, Argos and Next.

Recruit Fosse actively supports The Princes’ Trust by providing training to young people who also participate in retail work experience – this year Curry’s and Boots have supported the ‘Get into Retail’ programme.
